Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
- Hands-on expertise with CRO and A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Hotjar, Clarity)
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting platforms (PowerBI, PIWIK, GA4)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience with Lead Generation, Healthcare or Omnichannel marketing (plus)
Tasks
- Optimize digital experience for conversion
- Collaborate with UI/UX specialists, content strategists, developers, and analysts
- Identify and resolve user pain points
- Analyze customer journey for conversion improvements
- Develop hypotheses using user insights
- Set up and run A/B tests
- Collaborate with IT for complex test implementations
- Communicate test results and insights
- Track and improve team KPIs
- Enhance consumer engagement with global digital products
