Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading or co-leading regional business strategy in Europe or similarly complex regions
  • •Strong background in dealer/retail network strategy, sales planning, marketing, product, or network development
  • •Deep understanding of European premium automotive markets, dealer economics, and regulatory frameworks
  • •Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results in market-facing environments
  • •Confident influencer with experience working across HQ–region–market operating models and cross-functional organizations
  • •Strategic, structured, and pragmatic mindset with high tolerance for complexity
  • •Strong financial, analytical, and executive communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • •Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage

Tasks

  • •Define and refine the European business strategy
  • •Lead regional strategic planning cycles
  • •Translate global frameworks into regional priorities
  • •Drive dealer network and development strategies
  • •Ensure strategies are economically viable and executable
  • •Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations
  • •Monitor execution of strategic initiatives
  • •Act as the strategic interface between Global HQ and European markets
