- •Exposure to startups, venture capital, M&A, corporate venturing, or innovation-driven environments
- •Initial leadership experience
- •Strong people, team, and stakeholder orientation
- •In-depth understanding of the medical technology industry
- •Understanding of market dynamics, applications, and value chains
- •Strong strategic and analytical skills
- •Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- •Ability to assess growth opportunities and drive business impact
- •Proven experience in leading and/or executing complex strategic projects
- •Experience in corporate or entrepreneurial context
- •Outstanding communication skills
- •Ability to engage credibly at executive level
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- •Fluency in German is a strong advantage
