- •Proven successful deployment of automation and digital projects
- •Degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable studies
- •Relevant professional experience in electrical engineering and automation
- •Sound knowledge of process control systems and automation systems
- •Significant knowledge and experience in PLC and SCADA systems
- •Fluent programming skills in Python and SQL
- •Sound experience in project management
- •Experience in defining, implementing, and managing work structures
- •Leadership skills and high sense of responsibility
- •Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
- •Fluency in English

Tasks
- •Lead the Automation team at the manufacturing site
- •Implement global automation standards and develop site-specific solutions
- •Create project plans, URS, FRS, and commissioning documents for automated systems
- •Develop strategic initiatives and present best practices in automation
- •Deliver innovative approaches to automation and digital solutions
- •Automate and validate data management processes
- •Support and maintain the BI system and its infrastructure
- •Optimize, standardize, and upgrade existing automation technology
- •Ensure availability and efficient flow of systems and processes
- •Implement and manage access and virus protection for automation systems
