- Develop predictive models for energy trading
- Implement anomaly detection and optimization algorithms
- Oversee the centralization of Data Science capabilities
- Maintain high standards for model validation and feature engineering
- Lead the adoption of LLMs and Generative AI
- Build production-ready RAG systems
- Develop agentic workflows and NLP solutions for unstructured data
- Integrate AI features deeply into the product
- Create evaluation frameworks for AI solutions
- Foster a culture of rapid prototyping and experimentation
- Build and lead a unified Data & AI team
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered features
- Explore RAG for domain knowledge and automated trade summarization
- Create intelligent market assistants
- Drive the ML roadmap for product development
- Identify competitive advantages through predictive modeling and NLP
- Provide hands-on technical mentorship
- Discuss vector databases and prompt evaluation
- Implement CI/CD for ML (MLOps)
- Translate trading requirements into technical AI solutions
- Partner with Product and Business leaders
