- Very good presenting and communication skills

- Implement resource planning and define core competencies.
- Train signatory candidates for delegation processes.
- Align analysis team with company strategy and future trends.
- Manage complex internal and external tasks.
- Define specifications and Means of Compliance.
- Drive digitalization and automation of analysis processes.
- Conceptualize design and sizing of airframe components.
- Improve stress and damage tolerance methods for structures.
- Assess aircraft concepts for stress and fatigue impacts.
- Define certification concepts and oversee compliance documentation.
