Tasks
- Drive company-wide AI and automation adoption
- Design and run AI and automation programs
- Build repeatable adoption frameworks
- Act as an internal consultant
- Partner with People Ops on AI integration
- Influence teams outside your direct reporting line
- Define and track AI impact metrics
- Establish an ROI framework for AI initiatives
- Ensure pilots transition to scalable workflows
- Communicate impact and tradeoffs to executives
- Define and implement responsible AI guardrails
- Oversee data handling and risk assessment
- Ensure auditability of AI-driven workflows
- Balance speed with privacy and compliance
- Partner with Security, Legal, and IT on policies
- Lead AI watch to track market trends
- Translate insights into pilots and playbooks
- Provide guidance on tool selection and vendor strategy
- Ensure creation of reusable internal assets
- Collaborate with Marketing to showcase practices externally
- Equip Sales and GTM with AI narratives
- Lead the Automation team
- Own hiring strategy and org design
- Set vision, OKRs, and performance standards
- Build a high-trust, experimentation-driven culture
- Ensure strong cross-functional execution
