- •Maintain the Configuration Management Database
- •Administer vendor contracts for maintenance and licensing
- •Coordinate network operations with product managers
- •Plan and organize on-call service schedules
- •Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Represent German connectivity in international forums
- •Ensure compliance with strict security requirements
- •Develop staff using HR tools and processes
- •Foster an inclusive and trusting work environment
