  • Communicate with other ramp areas
  • Monitor customs and free-good shipment outsourcing
  • Manage deadlines and time controls
  • Oversee Hub Hold processes and customs storage
  • Process and forward Loop Sorter exception shipments
  • Maintain knowledge of cutoff times for package destinations
