  • Monitor and timely order work materials
  • Serve as contact for customs issues
  • Collaborate with the Docsort team
  • Communicate with other ramp departments
  • Supervise the storage of customs and cleared shipments
  • Monitor the Hub Hold process
  • Oversee customs goods storage
  • Process and forward Loop Sorter exception shipments
  • Understand cutoff times for package destinations
