Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Product/Commercial roles (e.g., PMM, BA, Consultant, BD)
- Experience in fast-growing B2B scale-up/startup
- Revenue and impact-driven mindset
- Translate complex product relationships to customer value
- Consistent prioritization and hypothesis-driven work
- Ability to build scalable processes
- Confident interaction with product, sales, and commercial teams
- Moderation, escalation, and alignment skills
- Proactive process building and ownership
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
Tasks
- Interface between Commercial and Product
- Assess sales team needs
- Prioritize handover to Product
- Communicate from Product to Sales
- Integrate market feedback into roadmap
- Maintain current and clear Product Playbook
- Translate features into sales language
- Develop sales training and onboarding
- Ensure new features are sold
- Create playbooks and pitch materials
- Develop upselling approaches
- Define product introduction strategies
- Lead strategic BD projects
- Conduct market sizing for new features
- Build business cases for roadmap decisions
- Pilot new solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Structure team alignment
- Drive decision-making forward
- Report to Head of Business Development

- 3 - 5 years
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
