Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, University degree, MBA or equivalent
  • 8–12 years enterprise or partner sales experience
  • Experience with Global System Integrators
  • Success in partner-led consultative selling
  • Ability to manage partner organizations
  • Strong leadership and engagement skills
  • Deep IT industry and channel knowledge
  • Knowledge of partner business models
  • Understanding of HPE portfolio and strategies
  • Strategic planning and pipeline management experience

  • Embed GSIs into enterprise customer pursuits
  • Manage a comprehensive HPE opportunity funnel
  • Convert demand signals into joint sales motions
  • Advocate for partner interests across all business units
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for complex opportunities
  • Establish structured performance reviews and governance
  • Drive joint value propositions and industry solutions
  • Identify emerging trends to shape innovative offerings
  • Position portfolio value and outcome-driven solutions
