Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years supervisory, management, or foreman experience
- Minimum of 5 years overall overseas contracting or related experience
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong overall communication skills
- Understanding of contract requirements

- Solid understanding of retail fuel point operations
- Solid understanding of Work Instructions
- Solid understanding of Standard Operating Procedures
- Solid understanding of Service Desk operations
- Strong understanding of subcontracts
- Strong understanding of managing subcontractors
- Effective collaboration with subcontract coordinators and administrators
- Experience working with Human Resources
- Addressing employee workplace issues
- Experience working with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professionals
- Addressing and preventing HSE issues
- Familiarity with writing reports
- Familiarity with compiling reports
- Familiarity with Technical Data Packages (TDP) processes
- Familiarity with Scope of Work (SOW) processes
- Familiarity with Daily Service Verification Log (DSVL) processes
- Valid vehicle driver’s license
- Maintain driver's license validity
- Valid passport with minimum 12 months validity
- Valid passport with six blank pages
- Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or trades certification or licensee
- Experience in construction
- Supervising subcontractors
- Working knowledge of TDB Med 530, 577, and Mil-Standards 3006C
- Knowledge of budget management
- Knowledge of financial reporting
Tasks
- Oversee on-site government operations and maintenance projects
- Manage Base Operations professionally
- Supervise a team of service professionals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry requirements
- Resolve employee workplace issues with Human Resources
- Address and prevent HSE issues with HSE professionals
- Enforce the Zero Harm and Courage to Care philosophy
- Manage budgets and financial reporting
- Collaborate with department leads, supervisors, and managers
- Inform direct report management about issues and concerns
- Communicate effectively with peers
- Compile and write reports
- Coordinate with USG and LOGCAP representatives through KBR Contracts
- Perform other assigned duties
