Tasks
- Develop the marketing-to-sales pipeline engine
- Drive structured demand generation
- Translate revenue targets into demand generation plans
- Identify and scale growth opportunities beyond SEO and paid search
- Define growth priorities and an experimentation roadmap
- Set strategic direction for channel investments
- Lead funnel optimization initiatives to improve efficiency
- Design and operationalize the end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel
- Define lifecycle stages and qualification criteria with Sales
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and drive systematic improvements
- Execute repeatable campaign planning and performance reviews
- Build shared pipeline visibility and reporting with Sales
- Establish feedback loops and improved attribution models
- Collaborate with Sales on revenue forecasting
- Partner with Product on positioning and launches
- Mature marketing functions through automation and email
- Implement lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies
- Improve performance visibility and provide team training
