- Ability to design, run, iterate experiments quickly
- Experience working closely with sales teams (SDRs/AEs)
- Strong analytical and technical mindset, comfortable with data
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI environment
Tasks
- Drive pipeline generation and marketing-attributed revenue
- Optimize high-performing acquisition channels
- Build new scalable growth loops
- Translate product capabilities into compelling messaging
- Collaborate with GTM teams to accelerate funnel performance
- Generate high-quality pipeline through core channels
- Test and scale new acquisition loops
- Develop clear, high-converting positioning for mid-market and enterprise buyers
- Improve lead quality and optimize funnel conversion
- Accelerate deal cycles
- Build and optimize full-funnel growth system
- Implement attribution, campaign tracking, and conversion infrastructure
- Identify and unlock new growth levers
- Validate and scale partnerships, referrals, and outbound-supported campaigns
- Manage marketing budget and performance
- Partner with finance to define ROI targets
- Evaluate spend effectiveness
- Operate with high autonomy
- Combine strategy, execution, and technical marketing
- Build repeatable growth engines
