- •3–5 years of professional experience in product management or business development
- •Technical or commercial experience in the commercial refrigeration sector or related fields
- •Proven track record in business development, sales strategy, or commercial leadership roles
- •Experience in team management or coordinating projects and activities
- •Strong communication, mediation, and listening skills
- •Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- •Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
- •Collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams
- •Business fluency in English (C1) and ideally German (B2)
- •Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- •Willingness to travel internationally on short notice

- •Ensure effective product management and partnerships
- •Partner with sales and account management teams
- •Implement product strategies with logistics and e-commerce teams
- •Maintain accurate product information
- •Implement best practices for data management
- •Manage a small team of 2–3 Junior Product Managers
- •Foster growth and skill development in team members
