- Familiarity with airworthiness compliance documentation
- Familiarity with evidence standards for regulatory submissions
- Experience developing "Mission-in-a-Box" ground system packages

Tasks
- Execute high-repetition burn-in tests on new firmware and hardware
- Identify 90% of GSE and interface issues in the lab before first flight
- Engineer and validate mechanical and pneumatic launch system tests
- Ensure repeatable exit velocities and structural integrity
- Maintain ground-based Iron Bird environment for system-wide tests
- Build and maintain regression library of ground-side edge cases
- Achieve 100% coverage of critical failure modes before airworthy flight
- Set up and maintain HIL and SIL environments for flight simulation
- Perform vibration, thermal, and EMI stress tests on hardware
- Generate technical de-risking reports
- Manage test cards in JIRA
- Maintain 48-hour bench-clearance turnaround for minor patches
- Ensure zero flight delays caused by preventable GSE failures
