- •Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
- •Effective English and basic French skills
- •Experience in ground stations engineering
- •Expertise in RF and TT&C
- •Familiarity with ECSS and CCSDS standards
- •Experience in Ground Stations V&V activities
- •Coordination of international teams
- •Experience in project management and procurements
- •Advantageous experience in ground stations maintenance
- •Nationality of a EUMETSAT Member State

Bachelor's degree
Tasks
- •Lead specification and requirements definition activities
- •Manage procurement and contractor development activities
- •Execute Verification and Validation testing
- •Implement transition plans for operational deployment
- •Manage engineering service contracts
- •Coordinate a small team of engineers
- •Verify end-to-end ground station performance
- •Update and evolve baseline documentation
- •Develop long-term harmonization roadmaps
