Tasks
- •Act as the primary contact for service charge settlements
- •Ensure timely and error-free billing creation
- •Perform preparatory billing activities in internal and client systems
- •Manage data exchange between company and client systems
- •Plan and control service delivery for assigned clients
- •Process client inquiries systematically and with a focus on solutions
- •Prepare error reports for the support team
