Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in relevant discipline or EMBL mission field
- Strong grants management experience in scientific/research environment
- Proven team management and development skills
- In-depth contract management experience
- Hands-on research management and financial systems experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize workloads
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with IP, data protection, legal aspects of grant management
- Financial or legal qualifications or equivalent professional training
