- Attend strategic thinking and leadership onboarding training
- Tour headquarters, R&D centers, and breeding stations
- Participate in hands-on agricultural field work
- Identify development opportunities with project supervisors
- Share best practices with fellow graduates every six months
- Engage with company leaders and alumni events
- Support various social responsibility projects
