- •Develop and harmonize global production controlling guidelines
- •Implement standardized controlling processes across the organization
- •Ensure accurate product cost calculations for forecasting
- •Align methodologies with the Business Partner organization
- •Standardize reporting structures at local and consolidated levels
- •Analyze production data to support executive decision-making
- •Provide guidance to production, logistics, and controlling teams
- •Advise local and global stakeholders on controlling matters
- •Support key users with SAP and planning systems
- •Define system requirements for data and demand management
- •Evaluate change requests and deliver user training
- •Design training programs for production controlling
- •Promote knowledge sharing across the finance community
