  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple cases, and stay calm in dynamic environments
  • Quick adaptation to new tools, technologies, and regulatory topics; active feedback seeking for improvement

  • Support and guide German customers
  • Handle inquiries professionally via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide clear solutions and build customer trust
  • Approach complex cases with curiosity and structure
  • Identify root causes and assess potential risks
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams
  • Resolve cases efficiently and improve internal workflows
  • Use internal tools and systems to optimize processes
  • Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience
