- Clear, confident, professional German communication (written and spoken)
- Methodical work and accuracy in data, documentation, and customer cases
- Enjoyment of understanding processes, identifying patterns, and logical problem-solving
- Empathy and professionalism in approaching situations for high-quality solutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple cases, and stay calm in dynamic environments
- Quick adaptation to new tools, technologies, and regulatory topics; active feedback seeking for improvement
Tasks
- Support and guide German customers
- Handle inquiries professionally via phone, chat, and email
- Provide clear solutions and build customer trust
- Approach complex cases with curiosity and structure
- Identify root causes and assess potential risks
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams
- Resolve cases efficiently and improve internal workflows
- Use internal tools and systems to optimize processes
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
