Tasks
- Provide independent administrative and organizational support
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, decisions, and action items
- Coordinate topics, tasks, and deadlines in the department head's environment
- Support organizational management and development of the global GRC function
- Coordinate and monitor projects and strategic initiatives within GRC
- Develop presentations, decision papers, and structured reports
- Prepare documents for Executive Board and Supervisory Board reporting
- Ensure consistent, structured, and high-quality presentation of GRC matters
- Manage internal communication of the GRC function within the group
- Prepare, coordinate, and maintain GRC-related content for internal audiences
- Maintain the GRC intranet page for content, structure, clarity, and up-to-dateness
- Ensure a consistent, coherent, and professional GRC presence within the organization
- Interface with internal specialist departments and central functions
