- Ensure billing reliability and trial-to-paid conversion
- Handle dunning flows and payment retries
- Build and maintain GTM automation stack
- Troubleshoot n8n workflows, HubSpot routing, and Webflow
- Ensure proper lead capture, attribution, and routing
- Improve self-serve funnel by identifying drop-offs
- Implement fixes and measure results using Supabase, SQL
- Proactively identify gaps and edge cases
- Prevent silently failing automations and billing issues
- Stay current with GTM engineering and automation tools
- Apply new approaches for business value
