  • •Execute Germany’s contribution to the B2B Expansion Roadmap
  • •Review and approve all prospect customers with the General Manager
  • •Manage end-to-end commercial readiness for new B2B customers
  • •Lead the execution of the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
  • •Translate portfolio priorities into NOI targets and distribution targets
  • •Focus on sales cycle targets
  • •Track execution against the plan and close performance gaps proactively
  • •Ensure strong execution of sales fundamentals, including assortment and pricing
  • •Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders in Germany
  • •Manage daily B2B business performance against targets
  • •Identify and share best practices across markets
