Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Food Chemistry, Nutritional Science, Food Technology, Law, or comparable professional experience
  • Pharmacy background highly valued
  • Several years of practical experience in food supplements, medicinal products, medical devices, or cosmetics industries
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs or similar functions
  • Ability to work in a regulatory capacity supporting business objectives
  • Ensuring appropriate governance
  • Solid knowledge of applicable EU regulations
  • Practical awareness of national particularities (Germany, Spain, France, Italy)
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German
  • Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Italian or French strongly preferred

Tasks

  • Ensure legal compliance of product detail pages and marketing content
  • Review regulatory labelling for product listings
  • Act as primary contact for Marketplaces, Sales, and Brand teams on regulatory questions
  • Escalate compliance risks
  • Provide country-specific regulatory guidance for EU markets
  • Review online content and Product Detail Pages for regulatory conformity
  • Support listing launches and corrective actions
  • Draft compliant wording for product pages and packaging
  • Conduct training for cross-functional teams
  • Produce guidance documents for cross-functional teams
