Description

In this role, you will enhance manufacturing technologies across global production sites while developing standards and implementing projects. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, driving continuous improvements, and boosting productivity.

Requirements

• •Degree in food process engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, engineering, food technology, dairy, brewery, or mechanical engineering
• •At least 5 years of experience in plant processes/production or equipment engineering, ideally in food or biotechnology
• •In-depth knowledge of process engineering processes
• •Experience in optimization/analysis processes and tools
• •Working language proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)

Tasks

• •Support global production sites with manufacturing technologies
• •Develop global standards for process technology
• •Implement and support technical and technological projects
• •Collaborate with R&D, Technology Development, and Production departments
• •Optimize plant availability by enhancing current plant and process technology
• •Consider occupational safety, quality, and environmental aspects in improvements
• •Drive continuous improvement processes for plants, systems, methodologies, and competencies
• •Identify solutions to increase productivity and improve process stability
