Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
  • 5+ years Product Management experience in water/wastewater treatment industry
  • Proven experience owning/contributing to commercial performance
  • Cross-functional work in global organization
  • Strong English and communication skills
  • MBA or advanced business education
  • Experience with global product launches
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologies

Tasks

  • Own global P&L for assigned product line
  • Develop business cases, forecasts, and growth strategies
  • Present performance insights and strategic plans to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and Veralto Enterprise System tools
  • Build deep understanding of customer needs in wastewater treatment
  • Conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis
  • Define pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives
  • Translate strategy into clear commercial execution plans
  • Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams globally
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Strengthen sales enablement and value proposition positioning
  • Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and translate insights into product requirements
  • Own global roadmap and lifecycle strategy
  • Identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities
  • Monitor product performance across regions
