In this role, you will drive the development and growth of dry compounds for beverage applications. You will collaborate with various teams to shape pricing strategies and product offerings while actively engaging with customers to gather insights.

Requirements

• •Successful track record in food and beverages industry, ideally in B2B business environment
• •Degree in food technology, business administration, biotechnology, or similar qualification
• •Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps
• •Strong customer mindset and ability to engage with customers
• •Excellent organizational and project management skills
• •Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills
• •Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage change
• •Willingness to travel globally approx. 20% of working time
• •Fluency in English and German

Tasks

• •Develop and deploy the product line for dry compounds in beverage applications
• •Manage the global product assortment with internal stakeholders
• •Define a roadmap for business and revenue growth
• •Attend meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales teams
• •Agree on pricing strategy and product portfolio with teams
• •Monitor competitors and prepare competitive analysis
• •Support the sales team through customer visits and project briefings
• •Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback
• •Communicate portfolio updates across all media
• •Conduct in-house training to enhance product understanding
