Tasks
- Own the global S/4 process template, including target state design, documentation, controls, and integration points.
- Define and enforce global standards, approving or rejecting deviations through formal design authority.
- Drive global template implementation and adoption across deployments.
- Define global KPIs and performance targets, monitoring DSO, dispute rate, automation, and compliance.
- Embed controls, SoD, and audit requirements into process and system design.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications with IM/Digital.
- Define process-critical data requirements and collaborate to ensure data quality.
- Resolve cross-tower integration topics and eliminate handoff gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure measurable benefits post go-live.
- Partner with Sales and CX to align customer journey, CRM, and order design with P2C standards.
- Define global working capital KPIs and establish governance for performance.
- Standardize the global P2C template for invoice accuracy and execution consistency.
- Establish a global dispute and deduction framework with standardized categories and KPI tracking.
- Govern billing logic, pricing controls, and contractual clarity.
- Define integration standards between P2C and R2D for accurate revenue recognition.
