- •5–10 years consulting experience in a leading consulting firm or extensive experience in pharma operations
- •Excellent communication skills in English, additional European language beneficial
- •Project management experience
- •OPEX / Lean Six Sigma knowledge beneficial
- •Strategic and creative mindset, self-starter, problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality
- •High level of comfort with numbers and analytics, passion for data-driven decision-making
- •Strong intercultural competence and excellent relationship management skills

- •Support Partner Business and Contract Manufacturing Business
- •Monitor Long Term Business Development
- •Derive implications and recommendations from assessments
- •Lead Transformational Programs from definition to implementation
- •Provide Ad Hoc Decision Support on cross-functional matters
