Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
- Experience with digital content and marketing for RX or regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Very good command of English, written and spoken
- Fluency in German highly desirable
Tasks
- Support marketing activities across the product portfolio
- Develop and maintain the company website content
- Coordinate website updates with internal and external stakeholders
- Create marketing materials and digital content with Medical Affairs and partners
- Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance field force effectiveness
- Plan and execute multichannel marketing activities
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical requirements
- Prepare and execute national and international congress activities
- Manage booth presence, symposia, and post-event communication
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing projects
