  • Develop omnichannel plans aligned with brand strategy
  • Advise on campaign execution across global markets
  • Provide best practice guidance to regional affiliates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create personalized customer journeys
  • Establish impactful KPIs to track brand performance
  • Create omnichannel playbooks, training, and governance resources
  • Champion customer engagement as a subject matter expert
  • Build digital content with consistent cross-channel messaging
  • Support brand teams with non-personal channel communication
  • Enhance and evolve the company's HCP portal
  • Co-create channel capabilities with global and affiliate colleagues
  • Monitor campaigns and suggest performance enhancements
  • Assist in developing the regional digital roadmap
  • Assess future trends to accelerate engagement capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and local regulations
