Requirements

  • 3-5 years global mobility experience, preferably consulting or scale-up
  • Track record of building processes from scratch
  • Broad knowledge of mobility regulations (visa, tax, social security, labor law)
  • Knows when to consult experts
  • Ability to design, implement, and scale processes
  • Adaptable to fast-moving environment
  • Very good English language skills
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Proactive mindset
  • Comfortable in scaleup culture
  • Certifications in global mobility are a plus

Tasks

  • Design and implement global mobility strategy
  • Tailor processes and policies to company growth and culture
  • Manage legal, tax, and social security requirements
  • Work with relocation agencies, tax advisors, lawyers, and visa specialists
  • Provide end-to-end support for employee moves
  • Act as main point of contact for mobility requests
  • Implement and optimize mobility software workflex
  • Integrate mobility software with travel booking and HRIS
  • Track costs, timelines, and success metrics
  • Continuously refine mobility processes

  • 3 - 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
