Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field
- Senior marketing/sales experience in medical devices or life sciences
- Global marketing leadership with local market execution
- Expertise in strategy, market insights, product lifecycle, go-to-market
- Commercial, financial, regulatory, product development acumen
- Hands-on product management experience beneficial
- Influential leader, prioritising and delivering in complex environments
- Customer-centric, resilient communicator, effective under pressure
Tasks
- Own global product categories end-to-end
- Set strategy and vision for product categories
- Drive profitable growth through customer insight and innovation
- Manage full lifecycle of products
- Ensure sustainability and expansion of product lines
- Optimize product portfolios
- Maintain QMS compliance
- Initiate cost-down initiatives
- Lead commercial and customer efforts
- Co-lead cross-functional development teams
- Excel in product launches from concept to global execution
- Translate market and customer insights into solutions
- Shape evidence and claims strategy with CMPA and Regulatory Affairs
- Develop and govern global pricing strategy
- Ensure accurate and compliant product messaging
- Build and share global category insights
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree

- English – Business Fluent
