Tasks

  • Maintain an effective Customs and Export Control Management System
  • Update policies, procedures, and guidelines with regulatory changes
  • Drive global implementation of customs and export control standards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for customs and export control
  • Develop and implement global tools and standardized processes
  • Train and support local experts and stakeholders
  • Foster knowledge exchange and best-practice sharing
  • Track and monitor corrective actions from audits and self-assessments
  • Support investigations into potential non-compliance cases
  • Establish and maintain global KPI tracking
  • Derive and drive optimization initiatives
  • Support GRC-related projects and compliance initiatives
  • Lead project management and functional team guidance
  • Develop the function through project leadership and future disciplinary responsibility
