Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (Volljurist, Wirtschaftsjurist o. ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Exportkontrolle / Trade Compliance
  • Schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Strukturen und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Tasks

  • Mit Fokus auf Außenwirtschaftsrecht und Compliance arbeiten
  • Die Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler Exportkontrollvorschriften sicherstellen
  • Risiken im internationalen Handel (Sanktionen, Embargos, Güter, Technologien) analysieren und bewerten
  • Schulungsmaßnahmen für Fachbereiche (Vertrieb, Logistik, F&E) konzipieren und durchführen
