- Negotiate vendor contracts
- Scale support for vendor and contract management
- Support Key Account team with partner contract negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with departments and stakeholders
- Review and negotiate SaaS/PaaS contracts
- Review and negotiate lease agreements
- Review and negotiate MSAs
- Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements
- Draft, maintain, and update various legal templates
- Create scalable legal and compliance processes
- Support expansion to new countries and continents
- Provide day-to-day legal advice
