- •Excellent relationship skills and trusted advisor
- •Strong teamwork and active contribution
- •Native German and fluent English

- •Manage renewals and up-sell processes
- •Prepare presentations and deliver product demos
- •Create offers and track progress in Hubspot
- •Validate and process account change requests
- •Handle challenging requests and issue escalations
- •Contribute to personal and team sales targets
- •Participate in departmental improvement initiatives
