  • •Fluency in German & English
  • •Knowledge of legal issues affecting software companies
  • •Experience in reviewing and negotiating IT/SaaS contracts

Tasks

  • •Assist the Head of Legal EMEA & APAC with legal matters
  • •Provide effective legal advice and support to internal clients
  • •Review and negotiate IT/SaaS commercial contracts
  • •Negotiate service level agreements and vendor contracts
  • •Conduct research on legal topics as needed
  • •Develop legal templates and best practices
  • •Engage with legal counterparts of vendors and clients
  • •Ensure compliance with agreement terms and company policies
  • •Prepare contract paperwork and advise on contractual rights
  • •Mitigate contractual and channel partner program risks
  • •Compile and analyze data while maintaining historical information
  • •Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
  • •Balance competing priorities against business needs
