- •Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales
- •At least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
- •Strong understanding of utility distribution networks
- •Strong understanding of automation technologies
- •Strong understanding of grid modernization trends
- •Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- •Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Excellent negotiation skills
- •Excellent presentation skills
- •Willingness to travel up to 50%
- •Technical expertise in power systems and DA technologies
- •Familiarity with communication protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3, and Modbus
- •Experience in developing market-specific sales strategies
- •Strong customer-centric approach
- •Solid understanding of pricing models and profitability
- •Solid understanding of commercial strategy
- •Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
