- Completed degree in Bioinformatics or Biostatistics
- Extensive experience in secondary/tertiary analysis of NGS data
- Proficiency interpreting public annotation databases
- Hands-on experience with BLAST, Bowtie, Clustal
- Experience with common algorithms for evaluating sequencing data
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong logical thinking skills
- Enjoyment developing and delivering training
- Methodological and pedagogical skills

Tasks
- Perform advanced second-level troubleshooting
- Guide colleagues on technical resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Lead team members in design reviews
- Define service requirements for development projects
- Create and update documentation and curricula
- Conduct training sessions for internal staff
- Define scope of work independently
- Operate as a technical expert for products
- Work on complex projects requiring extensive knowledge
- Maintain and update product-specific knowledge pool
- Ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Take responsibility for sub-processes like e-learning
- Define and adhere to service, training, and support concepts
- Support local and regional service teams on-site
- Contribute to rapid resolution of customer issues
- Develop training methodologies and content
- Conduct training sessions for end customers and staff
- Provide 2nd-level support hotlines
- Minimize system downtime
- Guarantee swift solutions
- Support initial and re-certification of instructors
- Coordinate update training
- Create and maintain support and user documentation
- Participate in Multi-Center Evaluation studies
