Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMI or equivalent) (advantage)
- Several years progressive experience in business performance management, analytics, reporting, or related capabilities in global/shared services
- Solid understanding of end-to-end GBS processes
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks
- Hands-on experience with reporting and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven experience in leading projects
- Experience driving change initiatives
- Influencing and collaborating across matrix and cross-functional structures

- Analyze GBS performance for recommendations
- Drive transparency via multi-level KPIs
- Coordinate and execute performance initiatives
- Conduct benchmarking activities
- Manage SLA governance
- Prepare management reports

- Contribute to scalable reporting solutions
- Facilitate performance review meetings
- Ensure stakeholder alignment
- Promote data-driven decisions
- Oversee global portfolio processes and systems
