Requirements

  • •3+ years as a full-stack Software Engineer
  • •Strong with TypeScript
  • •Experience with React and/or React Native
  • •Experience with Node.js / NestJS
  • •Good SQL knowledge
  • •Solid understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and Webhooks
  • •Experience with A/B testing or building growth/product experiments
  • •Strong communication in English
  • •Webflow experience (especially custom JS embeds)
  • •Experience working with marketing or growth teams
  • •Experience with Make.com or other automation tools
  • •German language skills

Tasks

  • •Implement and iterate on web and mobile flows
  • •Improve conversion by fixing UX logic issues
  • •Address price display and funnel drop-off blockers
  • •Integrate SDKs and APIs based on vendor documentation
  • •Run A/B tests, experiments, and feature flags end-to-end
  • •Utilize AI coding tools to enhance productivity
  • •Set up and maintain tracking systems
