- •Ensure smooth operations across all reception areas
- •Lead, coach, and develop the front office team
- •Manage staff deployment and departmental cost planning
- •Collaborate with booking, revenue, housekeeping, and events teams
- •Coordinate closely with the food and beverage department
- •Participate in budgeting and departmental goal setting
- •Monitor and analyze departmental performance results
- •Maintain an active presence in daily operations
- •Perform assignments as the Manager on Duty
- •Uphold Swissôtel and Accor service quality standards
