- Collaborate with stakeholders during design phase
- Diversify in deployment of completion tools
- Track chemicals, rates, and pressures
- Use purpose-built software for data collection and analysis
- Manage quality control of frac chemicals
- Ensure software readiness for jobs
- Troubleshoot operational challenges
- Collect and report data
- Provide client support and advisory
- Keep stakeholders informed about technical issues
- Supervise and train new frac crew and engineers
- Write daily reports with accurate data
- Offer operational solutions and timely problem solving
