Requirements

  • •Enrollment in or completion of Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • •Curiosity and analytical mindset
  • •Team player, quick learner, reliability, and conscientiousness
  • •Proficiency in standard business tools (Google Suite, MS Office); basic understanding of data warehouse architecture and database querying (e.g. SQL and Python) is a plus
  • •Commitment to a minimum of 6 months and availability for 40 hours per week
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • •Analyze business and financial performance
  • •Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes
  • •Support budget, forecast, and month-end activities
  • •Improve forecast processes through automation of validation checks
  • •Automate reconciliation processes
  • •Assist in planning transitions by supporting file roll-overs
  • •Help with system configurations for FP&A
  • •Establish centralized documentation repositories for FP&A processes
  • •Utilize collaboration tools for workflows and strategic planning materials
