- Recruiting or HR tech exposure (desirable)
- Experience selling to DACH startups (desirable)
- Partnerships or ecosystem GTM experience (desirable)
- Proficiency in English and German
- 2 to 5 years of experience
Tasks
- Execute end-to-end GTM strategies with founders
- Build a repeatable sales pipeline
- Manage sourcing and outbound lead generation
- Oversee deal progression and follow-ups
- Acquire and manage early design partners
- Lead discovery calls and pilot programs
- Manage feedback loops and account expansions
- Define ICP and market segmentation
- Develop positioning and messaging strategies
- Create outreach playbooks and sequences
- Maintain CRM hygiene and sales reporting
- Optimize pricing and funnel conversion rates
- Run and evaluate diverse channel experiments
- Drive LinkedIn and founder-led distribution
- Develop VC and community partnerships
- Manage referral loops and introductions
- Produce high-converting sales content
- Translate customer pain into product priorities
- Improve onboarding and user retention
- Shape commercial product packaging and offerings
