Founder Associate - GTM & Enterprise Growth(m/w/x)
Direct founder support for enterprise sales and business development in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. 1-3 years B2B sales or startup experience required. Exposure to Fortune 500 clients, high-growth startup environment.
Requirements
- 1–3 years B2B sales, consulting, startups, or early-stage experience
- Strong self-starter mindset, ability to get things done
- Excellent written, verbal, in-person, cold-call communication
- Hands-on AI agents, automation tools, no-code platforms, scripts, workflow builders experience
- Willingness to learn SAP, enterprise software, complex B2B sales
- Comfortable engaging technical and senior stakeholders
- Strong bias for action, ownership, and speed
- Based in Berlin, able to work on-site 6 days/week
- Background in consulting, SAP, enterprise software, digital transformation
- Startup experience beneficial
- Experience selling to or working alongside large enterprise teams
- Basic programming skills bonus
- Hands-on LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, AI agent workflows experience
Tasks
- Work directly with founders on sales and business development
- Identify and research consultants and system integrators
- Engage SAP system integrators, boutique consultancies, and enterprise leads
- Run outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Support enterprise sales targeting large transformation teams
- Build and improve sales workflows using AI and no-code tools
- Communicate confidently with technical stakeholders
- Learn the SAP and enterprise software ecosystem quickly
- Create lists, messaging, outreach sequences, and sales materials
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Identify repetitive tasks and automate workflows
- Support founders in go-to-market, operations, and research
